The C-DAC course which covers the Subject ‘Effective Communication’ is both significant and relevant to students who join this course. They are expected to be fully effective, efficient and productive once they are in their workspace, they need to thrive and not just survive there. Hence, this course is very meaningfully designed, it covers topics with numerous sessions under Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing, Grammar, Vocabulary Building and Professional Skills such as Interpersonal Dynamics, Empathy, Adaptability, Leadership, Team playing, Problem Solving, Negotiating, Influencing and a lot more. This well designed course will certainly train students to be employable ready and aptly fit into the industry.

Having spent near to 50 plus hours with these students, I would say they are strong willed to progress up the ladder of success and are ever ready to learn and master new skills.
